Procurement Counsel was founded in 2022 with a clear mission: to provide businesses with expert procurement and contract management solutions that go beyond the standard consulting "playbook" and without an agenda. Working on the front lines of worldclass procurement organizations, we saw large consulting firms offering cookie-cutter solutions. More often than not, the high paid consultant had never worked a day in the trenches and the solution they were selling would fail months after the engagement ended.

With over 15 years of legal and procurement experience, we bring a deep understanding of sourcing, contracting risk, privacy, HIPAA compliance, AI governance, and contract strategy. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every business has its own challenges, risks, and opportunities, and we take a concierge-style approach to finding the right answers.
